How it works when you work with 1stREC Ltd.

Our mission is to keep working with us as simple as possible, we want our services to be no trouble to use so the first thing you need to do is call us, its a no obligation call and we will be happy to discuss your needs directly.

1. The first call, what we are looking for here is an overview of your needs, remember we have 15 years experience so we know how to make this process quick and simple, but the basics of what we need are this:

•  The Job Description
•  The Location
•  The Salary banding ie (£ 23,000 - £28,000)
•  What extra skills may be an advantage to having for this role
•  When you need them to start
•  How much will our introduction fee be

 2. Now we have the basics we will confirm you needs back to you via email where appropriate, and send you    the ammended Terms of Business via email, there is no need to sign and return them all you need to do is  return the email accepting the terms, simple and quick.

3. We then look for candidates for you and send contacted candidates CV's which match you criteria

4. You review the CV's and select the ones for interview

5. We arrange the interview, and confirm every stage via email to all parties

6. You interview and select the candidate you want to take the position

7. We inform all the failed attendee's that you have amde your decision

8. The candidate starts on the agreed date

9. We invoice you on the day the successfull candidate starts

10. The rebate scheme kicks in shoudl a candidate leave in the first 8 weeks of work, and we always try to replace the candidate as soon as we know.
